Refund & Guarantee Policy
1. The guarantee
The Operational Audit carries a money-back guarantee: if the final audit report does not identify improvement opportunities whose estimated value in saved time, money or effort is at least equal to the audit fee you paid, we refund the full audit fee.
2. How it is evaluated
- The audit fee and the guarantee threshold are stated in writing in your engagement confirmation before work begins.
- Identified value is the total of the quantified estimates stated in the audit report itself (for example, hours saved per month valued at role cost, payment leakage recovered, or duplicated effort removed), calculated over a twelve-month period using the conservative end of each estimate.
- The guarantee is assessed against the value of opportunities identified in the report. It does not depend on whether you choose to implement them, and it does not promise realised business results, which depend on execution.
3. How to claim
Email abhisar@veritusventures.in within 14 days of receiving the final report, stating that you are invoking the guarantee. We will review the claim with you, and where the report does not meet the threshold in Section 1, refund the full audit fee to your original payment method within 14 business days. GST paid is refunded to the extent permitted by applicable tax rules.
4. Conditions
- The guarantee applies to the Operational Audit only. Implementation and other services are quoted and agreed separately and are not covered.
- The guarantee requires reasonable cooperation during the engagement: access to the agreed interviews, documents and information described in the engagement confirmation. If the engagement cannot be completed because required cooperation was not provided, or because you terminate before delivery, the guarantee does not apply.
- One guarantee claim applies per engagement.
5. Everything else
Refunds outside this guarantee are governed by the termination provisions of our Terms of Service. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
