Six tests. One scroll.
This is how vv is set up to behave. Scroll, and each job plays out in a WhatsApp chat: what the customer says, what vv does, and where it stops to ask. The chats below are scripted examples, not live AI and not customer results.

Test 01 · Enquiry at 11:40 pm
A parent writes after hours. vv answers in a minute.
The counsellor is asleep. vv reads the message, answers from the approved batch sheet in the parent’s own language, and books a demo class.
Test 02 · Fee reminders
Reminders go out. But not before you say so.
vv reads the fee sheet, writes one polite message per parent, and stops. A batch send is a mass message, so it waits for approval.
Test 03 · Money
It can prepare a payment link. It cannot decide to use one.
Anything that asks for or moves money is a hard gate. vv prepares, you approve, and the approval is logged.
Test 04 · Documents
Files arrive messy. They leave organised.
A client sends a bank statement as a photo. vv names it, files it in the right client and year folder, and asks only about the one it cannot place.
Test 05 · The day’s report
The owner hears the day in four lines.
At close, vv reads the sheet and writes what matters: what came in, what is pending, what looks odd. It only reports. It never acts on the report.
Test 06 · The refusal
And when asked to do something risky, it stops.
This is the test that matters most. vv does not guess when the action cannot be undone.
That is the pattern for every job: do the work, stop at the line.
