vv · coming soon

vv for CA firms.

A CA firm’s busiest weeks are the ones before a due date, and most of that rush is chasing clients for documents. vv does the chasing and the sorting.

Tools it works in: Tally, Sheets, Drive, Email, WhatsApp.

The day today

Where the time goes in CA firms.

  • Clients send bank statements, bills and returns in pieces.
  • Reminders for GST, TDS and ITR dates are sent by hand.
  • Documents arrive in the wrong folders with the wrong names.
  • Partners explain the same status to clients repeatedly.

What vv runs

4 workflows, each with a clear start, clear steps and a clear stop.

Document chase

01 · A filing date is coming
  1. Lists what is missing per client.
  2. Reminds them on WhatsApp in their language.
  3. Files what arrives into the right Drive folder.

Approval: Asks you before any message that mentions penalties

Due-date reminders

02 · A due date approaches
  1. Sends client-wise reminders.
  2. Logs who has responded.

Approval: Asks you before sending to the full client list

Folder tidy and naming

03 · New files land in Drive
  1. Renames them consistently.
  2. Moves them to client and year folders.
  3. Reports what it could not place.

Approval: Asks you before deleting or overwriting any file

Client status replies

04 · A client asks “what is pending”
  1. Reads the tracker.
  2. Replies with a short plain status.
  3. Flags anything unusual to the partner.

Approval: Asks you before replying about fees or disputes

vv at a CA firm

See it

A working day, in about a minute.

This film follows vv through a typical day for CA firms. Any figures shown in the film are illustrative. They are not results from a customer.

Boundaries

What vv will not do for CA firms.

  • File a return or make a payment.
  • Give tax advice.
  • Delete client records.
  • Change an entry in Tally.

These are limits built into how vv is set up. For anything outside them, it stops and asks you.

Questions

Asked by CA firms.

Does it post entries in Tally?

No. vv reads exports and organises documents. It does not write entries on its own.

Is client data safe?

vv works only in folders you grant and never sends bulk messages without approval.

Can it read bank statements?

It can sort and summarise them. Anything it is unsure about is flagged for a human.
