If the free WhatsApp Business app or Meta's Business AI already covers what you need, we tell you and set it up instead of selling you a platform. On the API, Meta charges per message on top of any platform fee; we show you both before you decide.

Do you work only in Lucknow?

No. We are based in Lucknow and work with businesses across India over WhatsApp and video calls. Lucknow businesses can meet us in person.

Which WhatsApp platform do you use?

We are vendor-neutral. We pick the official platform that fits your volume, budget and the software you already use, and you own the account and the number.

Will my number get banned?

We only use official WhatsApp tools and only message people who agreed to hear from you. Unofficial bulk senders and Chrome extensions are what usually get business numbers restricted, and we do not use them.

Can my staff keep using WhatsApp on their phones?

Usually yes. Many numbers can now run the WhatsApp Business app and the API together, and shared inboxes let several people answer from one number. We check your number before moving anything.

How long does setup take?

App-level setup and Business AI take days. Reminders and integrations on the API depend on Meta approving your templates and on how clear the process is; we give you a date in the written quote.
